    I am taking my first pre-natal yoga class tomorrow in the am at Yoga Room Sheung Wan...will let you know after. Also a group of us are trying to get a pilates class together to start in May.

    I am doing pre-natal yoga at Iyengar Yoga and pre-natal pilates with Jill Marshall - not yet delivered. Did help with leg cramps. Both classes are very good and tailored for pregnancy.

    i did a trial Class when i was pregnant and just didn't have the patience for it (sitting around, breathing, etc)

    Bought a DVD for beginners from Amazon.com and did it at home - it was good for stretching and maintaining flexibility.

    I went to the Yoga Room in Sheung Wan when I was pregnant with my first. Though I'm not usually a yoga person, I liked the class because I found it relaxing. I'm pregnant with my second now and will try to go back to doing yoga.

    KMS - Where are you going to do pre-natal pilates? I heard that was really good for pregnant ladies but not sure where to try it.

    The yoga class today was nice and relaxing, good for once or twice a week...I will also need to mix in more active activities into my routine to help stay healthy.

    We are planning to do the pre-natal pilates in Central.

    for the first baby i did it with pure yoga and i found it nice to learn certain exercises and stretches to do at home on my own...
