    american native "indian" costume?

my son is supposed to wear "indigineous" clothing from his native country to school tomorrow....

can't think of anything other than:
    (1) t-shirt & jeans
    (2) north american First Nations costume, otherwise known as "Indian"

any idea where i can get the latter?
    thanks!

Check out this link...The Pilgrims and Indians

I used to make Pilgram and Indiam costumes out of paper. White paper for the Pilgram collar and cuffs and a brown paper bag for the Indian vest.

About half way down are the photos of kids in their costumes.

    Good Luck!

Pottinger St has a feather headdress. I noticed it because my son is really into Peter Pan and particularly loves the part where the Indians give Peter a feather headdress after he rescues Princess Tiger Lilly!
