    Diet & IUI

Is there any foods not to eat when you are about to do IUI? Coffee? Red Meat? Soda? Curious as to what I need to add or avoid in my every day meals. I work out - usually do a 5k every other day. :treadmill Should I ease up on my workouts when trying to conceive? Any advice will be helpful. Thanks!

Exercise is good for you. I don't think it matters, unless you are an extreme athlete.

I read somewhere that you're fine unless you're doing more than one hour of strenuous physical activity a day (or more than 7 hours a week).

Women who do very dangerous sports, like horse riding, sometimes stop. But I can't imagine jogging is harmful.
