Buttermilk ?
I like to cook and bake, but more and more recipies include buttermilk. I've not been able to find any in the shops around my place... does anyone know where I can find some, and if it really makes a difference compared to normal milk ?
Thanks !

I used to be able to find buttermilk at Great and also at Olivers, I think. Check there. good luck! Never substituted normal milk for it.

Buttermilk is totally worth it :)
ThreeSixty sell the powdered kind (baking section). Its really worth it because it lasts longerProud Mama to Kian Danyaal 08.12.2007 & Adara Michelle 10.10.2009

Park n Shop at Parkview occasionally have it in stock. More often I have seen it at Marketplace at Repulse Bay.
I do think it makes a big difference in the taste of scones etc.
