Breakfast for toddler - need some idea!

I am running out of ideas of breakfast for my toddler and I would appreciate some input.

My son is 17 months old and he does NOT like: cereal, bread, oatmeal, cornflake. He LIKES macaroni, boiled eggs, fried potatos. So, every mornng for the last two weeks, I give him half bowl of macaroni mixed with eggs, avocado or sweet potato. Made him the same thing this morning and he still eats them but I just want to make something 'new' for him now and again for a change.

    Thanks.

Hi, my helper makes a dish for my son with pasta/macaroni, chicken broth, egg, peas and grated carrot. Even when he's being really fussy my son loves this meal, anytime of day. Does your son like fruit or yoghurt? Good luck!

    Thanks.
Hmmm... pancake with maple syrup sounds quite yummy! Will try this one...
Well, he used to like banana but for whatever reason I don't know he doesn't like it anymore. Same to yoghurt.

You could make a frittata if he likes eggs and potatos. Effectively its an omelette (but an omelette would also be good come to think of it) with potato and veges/cheese in it and then baked or cooked until firm. Ends up looking like a quiche without a pastry crust. I love them and super easy to make.
