I too totally sympathise because suffered really badly with pelvic pain in my 2nd pregnancy (had it a little in my 1st but only the last 8 weeks and not that bad). Tried physio, was diligent with my exercises, wore the belt but it didn't help. In desperation I tried an osteopath that specialised in pregnancy and it was like a miracle. I only had to see her a few times and I was almost pain free. I still had the instability and had to be careful but could walk normally again. Unfortunately this was not in HK, but if I get pregnant again I would see one from about 12 weeks, it was so amazing. So worth trying to find one if you can - maybe ask somewhere like Annerley. I recommended it to several friends that suffered too and it helped all of them. I saw here once after the birth at about 4 weeks and had no problems from then on, whereas the pain continued for at least 3 months after the birth with my 1st.

Oh and meant to say no need for c section, like newbiekt mine was a natural birth with no pain relief and all was fine and my baby was 10lb. Didn't notice the pelvic pain during labour at all really (maybe because of the labour pain but still!)
