    By her first name. But in hk, it's common to call helpers "auntie" or "Jie Jie" which means big sister

    i ask my son to say Aunty Nita (my helper). I like to give him the idea that he is to respect her just as much, and not treat her like a Maid..

    My daughter calls the Helper by her first name.
