Our old helper (who's since left): Yaya
The new helper: Auntie [her name] or Ate (I think 'auntie' in Tagalog, but I might be wrong)

We use "Tita ____" (although my son has just mastered Tita and can't say her first name yet).

I'm fairly certain tita means auntie in Tagalog and yaya means nanny. Had a very close Filipino friend in US who used it to mean auntie. I also asked our helper when she first started. Who knows, maybe they are actually interchangeable for auntie.
