Transporting frozen BM in check-in luggage
We are going to vacation in Malaysia after CNY for a few nights. I would like to bring some of my stored breast milk with us, but am not sure how to do this. Has anyone done this before and checked it through with their luggage on their flight? Is this possible? Do you use dry ice in a cooler? Will it all defrost?

I have done it before when I came back to HK from LA with my newborn. I had a whole cooler of milk. I packed the frozen milk with industrial dry-ice and then use a sterofoam cooler. I then put the sterofoam cooler inside a cardboard box.
When I arrived in HK after almost 24 hours of travel (we transitted in Tokyo), the milk was still frozen.
