bday on beach - bad idea?

    It's just close to the entrance of Red Hill. There's a looooong flight of stairs past Tai Tam Road 46 (where minibus 16 and bus 14 stop).

    think of the stairs as exercise:) it's a rewarding beach once you make the effort to reach it.

    I agree it's a personal choice. We live close to the beach but would only go late in afternoon when there is shade. I was there at 10am recently and it wa so hot that after a dip in the sea, I got hot again before I reached our beach mat. Though I've seen families happy hanging out baking all day.
