how much milk should an 11mth old drink?

    Hi Ladies,

As my LO is a picky eater I am considering reducing the amount of milk she drinks to 10oz / day (2 feedings of 5oz...once for b-fast and once before bedtime) so that she will be hungry enough during the day time and so then eat more of the food which is prepared for her (she's already eating something different EVERY meal!)...is 10oz enough? She appears fine...weight wise she is 9.5kg - any advice?!?

    Thanks

I think I read at one the minimum recommended is 12oz, but that can include milk on/in cereal, cheese, yoghurt etc. My one year old has two x 6 oz bottles plus other dairy products. When I've asked our doctor about it he has been pretty relaxed and says as long as they are having some milk plus some other dairy there is no strict minimum.
