Present for Playgroup teachers
Hi
My 3 year old son has been attending a playgroup/preschool for 10 months now and is off to K1 in August. I am so hopeless that didn't even think about a Christmas gift for his teachers at Christmas time so am determined to be organised for gifts at the end of the school year in 2 weeks!
The way this school works is that they have 4 teachers and your child has one main allocated teacher. Plus there is a helper or two to help with potty stops and hand washing etc.
What ideas do people have for small gifts for the other teachers and helper and then a more substantial gift for his allocated teacher? His allocated teacher has been so lovely that would like to acknowledge that but also get a little something for the others.
Thanks

it's a gift, anything and everything would be highly appreciated

How about voucher for a massage session near the playgroup place so it won't be too difficult for the teacher to get to?
Gave it as presents to mums-to-be and they all love it! Sure teachers would like it after a long day's work~ Who doesn't like being pampered?!

Thanks both. Any other suggestions welcome. We have so many to buy for that I'm looking for not too expensive for the other teachers and helpers and a more substantial present for his actual teacher.

For the other teachers and helpers, a nice small pot of flowers is always nice. Prince Edward flower market has inexpensive, but nice pot plants etc.

We were thinking of doing something similar for our 3-yr old son's teacher as well and I was wondering when would be a good time to give? On the very last day or before?? Just worried that the last day (next Wed) might be a bit hectic.

i would say a bit before. if the teacher gets many presents it may be difficult for her to transport everything home.
