Concerning the sun cream, I just bought an organic very high protection level from B2B.
About the chlorine, none of my kids ever had skin allergy or reactions, and even little nappy rash... I guess a baby with a bad skin condition might better avoid when very young ?

What kind of floating things or slings can be used to take a baby into the pool?

The first day my son in the pool was 6 months old. I think it's better to drop them in the pool earlier than later so they can get used to the water earlier. My son was bit scared when we put him into the water and we even dipped him under the water and he just swim and float naturally. I am not sure the chlorine will do any bad reaction or harmful to the skin but i didnt see any bad reaction on my son. However, the pool was not very clean and i saw a lot of dead mosquites floating on the water, since then we didnt go back to the pool.

We just took our daughter into the pool for the first time (she hadn't quite turned 5-months-old). She loved it! We slathered on some sunblock and had a great time!

I have recently bought my going to 5 months baby to pool. He loved it! I am just wonder how long can he stay in the outdoor pool for the weather now? I usually will get him up about 15-20 mins. Can it be longer?

of course it can be longer.... it can be as long as you want! he's a baby, not a piece of bread. he won't disintegrate after exposure to water. i would only be concerned about the sun.... make sure you use sun block.
