Statutory Holiday Pay for DH

    Our employer will start soon, and I just wondering about Xmas. Obviously She will have the 25th off,but somebody told me if Xmas day falls on a Sunday, they are entitled to have the 26th and 27th Dec off. Can anyone confirm?

    Sorry I meant our helper not employer (too many night wakings with the babe! ).

    also, it CAN be xmas OR winter solstice... it does not HAVE to be xmas.
