i found them very useful because i was hiring 2nd helper so that when i had my helper at home communicate directly with them in tagalog. there were not great in updating you on the status of things and you had to call themselves to check every once in a while, but apart from that i found there service to be similar to the other agency i used.

I used Emry recently as my former helper recommended it (she has used it to help process some relatives). They are okay, not great. The staff are not that nice or helpful but they got the job done. And they don't update you, you have to email them for updates. I would try another agency myself if I have to to it again.

As I said, 10 weeks for a very straightforward hire. I didn't get the notification from immigration that the papers were being processed until 5 weeks after I'd handed the fees and forms over. I was waiting for the approval, she was ready to go to the airport - immigration didn't even have the application! Will do it myself next time.
