I have been recommended Kefir for both adult and children. You can get them in city super.

@ irpolo - i was at central three-sixty earlier today and saw different flavors of petit filous, it didn't specify age but mentioned it's suitable for all age from weaning onwards.

i've tried different yoghurt but my son prefers the plain mon premier yoghurt from citysuper stating for 6-24 months old... it happens to be one of the pricier one and citysuper has increased the price 3 times since start getting it when he was 8 months (he's turning 1)... so if anyone knows where I can get them cheaper please share... Thanks!

I just buy regular granola from three sixty. My daughter has been eating it since 16 months. When I first start, I do crush it a little bit smaller, but now at 23 months, she just eats it as is. Also, sometimes, I let her make her own breakfast. She'll have her plain yogurt in a bowl. Then I give her small dishes with cut up fruit, fruit puree, granola in it. She then add the toppings to her yogurt, mix it up, then eat. I sometimes give her a single serving bottle of honey to add to her breakfast, too.
Another way you get get your LO to eat yogurt is in the form of a smoothie. Milk, yogurt, banana, oatmeal etc blended together and you'll have a nutritious breakfast in a cup; and you don't have to bother feeding your kid.

sansaneveritt: one more thing you can do with yogurt is to make yogurt popsicles. Kids LOVE them.
