Another note on solids: babies who can't sit upright on their own in a high chair are not ready for solids.

That seems awfully young for solids. And awfully young for milk only every 4 hours during the day and none at night. She might be refusing feeds because she's actually overly hungry / tired and grumpy.
At that point, we were feeding 3 hours during the day, and once overnight if needed.
Most people wait till they are 5-6 months before starting solids. They don't need it. And the tiny bits of rice cereal you start with aren't going to add much in terms of nutrition anyway at this point.

At 15 weeks, she's not going to be able to hold herself up in a high chair.
During the early days of solids -- even at 5 months -- we fed our baby in a reclining bouncy chair.
Was it a doctor who told you told start solids so early? Goes against almost all medical literature.

Four feeds a day sounds so scant. Babies need nutrition and fluids all the time. Is there any reason you're feeding her so little?

Our daughter is 8 months, and she still gets four milk feeds and three solid meals a day -- and she's much older than yours.

Yuh it was the doc that recommended to start solid n stick to four times milk. Anyway instead of 4 we are trying to feed 5 times, 1 before her bedtime. During the day she will nap n wakes up to play, so if we gonna give bottle she will start screaming. So we normally let her tell us when she is tired or hungry.

We are so used to changing her nappy and there after feeding, but my helper thought nappy aren't that soiled yet so she went ahead with feeding.. Guess what my baby cried and the way she screamed n cried was as though in distress. We tried all ways to calm her down thinking she has discomfort in tummy or feeling hot. Then when we changed her diaper she is happy to have her milk again.
