HI ya~~ It depends on what you are after really.
My daughter goes to Tutortime for playgroups too. I just register to all the ones I think are good and go to interviews as an experience... Have you applied to any yet?

Apparently Woodlands is quite good. I don't know about the pricing though. I am sending mine to the local stream as I want her to be down to earth.

Woodlands are all on the HK side. For Kowloon you can try
    Anfield Nursery @Kowloon Tong, Learning
Habitat Bilingual Nursery @HungHom or Tai Kok Tsui
Park view (PIPS) @Kowloon Station, West Kowloon
    Think Int'l @ Kowloon Tong
Victoria @ Homantin or Harbour Green

These are all the kindies with PN available on the Kowloon side (except for 2 small ones at Whampoa Garden but you'd know them if you live in the area, and won't need to know them if you don't)

If you don't mind a more UK traditional type learning, definitely try for Anfield. I once took my kiddo to see a theatre show and noticed that the discipline the Anfield kids showed while lining up was amazing. (compared with another Kindie who also attended but I don't wanna name them) The teachers all seemed very kind and loving as well.

Mrs. P, be aware that not all local schools are down to earth. Some pretigious local schools have kids who may have three helpers at home and never need to lift a finger, with a stack of money on their desk as allowance every Monday morning (real case). Research every school you plan to put your child in. There's always a give & take for every school we choose.

Yes, YMCA is good. When it comes to K1 there are lots of options. You might want to look ahead and research on thorough schools as well :)
