    Milk and yoghurt brands

    Hello everyone,
Which milk or yoghurt brands do you buy?
Currently pregnant and still finding it difficult to find a good pasturized yoghurt!
    Thanks!

Our family loves our yoghurts so we ended up buying the Easiyo system - delicious and very easy to make. We love the Strawberry and Greek Yoghurt flavours.

Milk - we usually buy UHT Pura or Pauls.

    Thanks for your suggestions!

I don't make my own yoghurt, I tried Paul's natural yoghurt and didn't like it. Then I bought Nestlé natural and Vaalia which both didn't taste too good. The ingredients in Nestlé is made by milk solids, not milk. I may give Bulla a try next time.

Never tried UHT milk, are they the same as all other pasturised milk in terms of nutrition?

Bigger Park n Shop stores sell a really yummy Greek yoghurt. It isn't cheap, but sometimes it's on sale...

Yeo Valley Organic yoghurt - in Park and Shop International. Most yoghurts sold commercially are pasteurised!

    Thanks!
I've seen Yeo Valley, will try it next time! Majority don't state whether its pasturised on their labels..gets little dull eating the same brand.

Also a fan of Yeovalley! Use the baby ones too as they're sweetened with real fruit juice, so many other brands have so much sugar in them!
