Hello all,

It has been one year since my second baby was born and I have excess skin, fat on my abdomen that is just not reducing fast enough. Will it take a couple of years to return to the pre-natal size? And how? I am exercising, twice a week and the rest of the body is okay, except for this problematic area.

Would appreciate your feedback about how quickly your abdomen reduced in size to what it used to be prior to the pregnancy. Would also appreciate other methods people used that were helpful to reduce the tummy size.
