In Motion is a studio in the heart of TST, the only one to offer Pilates and Gyrotonic classes under one roof, as well as TRX suspension training, pre-natal, elderly, and clients who might be suffering from chronic illnesses as well as those in the post-rehab stage of recovery. You can choose from one of our many different group classes or, if you prefer, can take your instruction in semi-private or private arrangements.
