Bands One, Two & Three : PLease help ??!!

Hello !

I am just wondering how can I obtain (a) the list of schools in Bands One, Two & Three and (b) the list of schools which are subsidized by the Government. There must be a web or telephone number or publications etc ¡K ? Please help. Thanks a lot !
