Suffering with nausea & morning sickness
Help! I am in my 3rd month of my 4th pregnancy and this is the worst yet! I have been wearing the Sea Bands (over the accapressure points) and taking vitamin B6 3 times a day but I still feel very dizzy and throw up half of the food I eat. My original weight started at 68kg and I am now at 66kg. I can't even keep any prenatal vitamins down and to make matters worse I am suffering with sinus congestion with headaches to accompany. Can anyone suggest a doctor or a remedy I can try (I am presently attending the government prenatal clinic at Tsan Yuk who have suggested the usual 6 dry meals a day and lots of fluids). I am feeling REALLY lousy and can barely get out of bed to take care of my 3 kids! Please can someone help me?!

Have you tried to eat some crackers? When you wake up in the morning, try to have some crackers before you get up from the bed. Then throughout the day try to eat small amount of food as not to let your tummy to be too empty. Ginger candy can help. In US we have some lollypops for morning sickness, but I don't know if they have them here.

Sorry to hear you are feeling so lousy. I know exactly how you feel, I had severe m/s until 5 months, but hang in there it does pass. I am now 26 weeks and feeling great. My doctor in South Africa prescribed vomifene as the doctors here just patted me on the back told me it was normal and the usual eat a cracker etc. I couldn't find the vomifene here but was given navidoxine which was the equivalent and states that it is safe to use during pregnancy. When I showed it to the doc at the hospital here he said that was fine. Try to ask your doctor about them, they really worked well for me but of course everyone is different. Good luck

Thanks for everyone's suggestions and sympathy. I should only have a month to go before it passes (if it is like my other pregnancies), if I get a chance though I will ask my doctor about the medication that Angie suggested. Thanks again I feel better knowing I am not alone during this miserable time and that it does get better.
