Pcos
Hi !
Any of you been successfull getting pregnant with PCOS? I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 months back and have been on 02 rounds of clomid, and 2 rounds of injectobles since then along with IUI's with no success yet. Hence just wondering if any of you out there have been succesful and if so how many cycles did it take?
Rani, I've read that you know many who's been succesful with Dr Derek Lo, any idea if any of them had PCOS?
Thanks

Hi! I suffer from PCOS too and have a beautiful 21 month old daughter and another on the way (the first one after treatment and the second one naturally). I had several rounds of Clomid with 2 drs (without success) before I saw Dr. Dominic Li. He gave me some hormonal treatment (sorry I can't remember the name). I was pregnant with my daughter after 3-4 treatments. Dr. Li is good and very patient - he took time to answer all my questions about PCOS and pregnancy generally.
He's office is at Room 708, Wing On House, 71 Des Vouex Road, Central; (T)2845 8228.

FYI. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
AC1234, I am diagnosed with it, however, I found out about my condition after baby's birth (he's 2 now). My Obgyn tells me while it's more difficult for me to get pregnant vs other "normal" women, it's not that hard either. So keep the faith and good luck.

Thanks everyone.
Infact I am seeing Dr Derek Lo and I really adore him. He is definitely a fantastic DR. Its just that I am getting a bit frustrated after 4 cycles. Anyway will have my fingers crossed and be patient.

I too have PCOS and took injectibles with Dr Lo just the once. Didn't do IUI. I am now pregnant. So don't give up hope. Have you tried the Bak Fung Yuen together with your treatment? It worked for me on second month of taking it and my sister after she took it for one month with IVF treatment.

gynecologist with PCOS experience
I have just moved to Hong Kong and have been diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago. Thanks to a great doc in Atlanta and Metformin I now have 2 beautiful daughters. I would like to find a gynecologist in Hong Kong with experience with PCOS and getting pregnant, as we would love to have a third child. Who can help me out ?!?
