Play Group in Tuen Mun/Gold Coast Area
I'm looking for a structured playgroup for my 2 and a bit year old in the Gold Coast/Tuen Mun area. Must be English medium, and would prefer 3 days a week. I know about "Ms Jane's" at Phase 2 - but this appears full for this coming term even though our name has been on the list for over 6 months. Does anyone know of anything else. will need the helper to attend with her as she's too young to go by herself, but needs something more challenging than her current playing/singing.

Ms jane's play group
I undrestand ms jane has opened up a second play group as her first one is full. I think it's on the same days as her original one. My daughter went and had a great time.

Hi there,
Sorry to butt in on your post but I am interested in anything going on in the Goldcoast area as we are thinking of moving there with our two and five year old children. Is there much going on for familiies in that area? I would also be interested in the new address for Miss Janes.
Thanks,
Sally.

If you call the Club House in phase two you will get the information for Miss Janes playgroup, which is very good and enjoyed by most of the children in the area, you will need to go on a wait list.
Just Juniors has now started as well and they are offering Music Together classes (fully booked but you can go on a wait list) and have a few spaces left for Mini Movers classes.
The bus for AIS leaves very early in the morning, but a few children do go from the Gold Coast.
Other International schools that the children in the area attend are Hong Lok Yuen International (which has a lovely nursery school) and Japanese International English section. The busses for these two schools leave later than AIS.
There are shuttle services to Kowloon TST, Central and Tsuen Wan MTR station. You do not need a car, however it is nice to get around and much easier than public transport with two little ones.
The playgrounds, close beach and large open spaces are lovely for little ones. The only issue is the schooling, unfortunately in the Gold Coast you do need to travel long distances for Int schools and this makes playdates and afterschool activities a bit of a night mare.

Do you know how I can get in touch with them?
Is there a website I can visit?
Thanks.
