Its my hubby first father's day so got a few t-shirts for him as gift which will tell my 15 months son to give on father's day. Since its a sunday then we will go out for lunch may be in a chinese or indian rest. Its the father's choice as they are the king of the day.

my hubby's first father's day too. i've order 2 T-shirts as well over the net. one says 'Men who changed diapers changed the world' <he's the designated diaper changer when we're out> and the other that says 'Proud Daddy'. Grandpas also get gifts from the baby as well. then we're going to Cafe Deco at the Peak for brunch with both sets of grandparents :)

It's his first Father's Day coz last year, he missed the HK one and Ozzie one given the timing of our move. So, this Father's Day, my hubby gets:

    • to pick the restaurant for a change... and "Surprise! Surprise! NOT! He picked a German restaurant. I MUST remember to bring a bottle of chilli sauce.
    • a handprint paperweight and a card that his 15 month old son "made" him at playschool
    • a card which says "We are parents now but partners for life", really...too saccharine sweet for me but I couldn't find anything else at the stationary store in Tsuen Wan and I couldn't be bothered to go all the way to Central.
    • his favourite home cooked Singaporean dish & whatever else he wants to do that day (subject to prior approval of course).

It's my hubby's first father's Day and we are going to help out at one of his best friend's wedding, lucky they have done all the chinese stuff already and is only the registry and dinner so we will only need to get there about 2pm so manybe a nice breakfast and then quick lunch. I ordered a pair of cuff links that says "No1.Dad" on it and i ordered tuesday morning and just got them via fedex this morning! Can't wait to give them to my hubby!!
