    Medela spare parts

I bought a Harmony Medela Breast Pump from Mothercare couple of months ago. It's a great product and I am still using it however I need to replace the white disc that helps in the suction - I tried Mothercare but they don't stock spares and I really don't want to buy a whole new pump! Does anyone know of a Medela stockist in HK or can you recommed some place where I would be able to find this product?

    Thanks for your help.

    Thanks guys,

I found what I was looking for In case anyone needs it there is a store in TST that sells Medela products. It is on Humphreys Avenue 12/F, Grand Centre. They also stock other brands including Kooshies brand.

    cheers

    Swing or Symphony?

On the topic of medela breast pumps, has anyone used either the swing or the symphony medela breast pumps?
I have been recommended either of these but can't decide on which to get, whether to rent or buy, and if I should get the single or double pump...

Can anyone share insights on this one. Thanks.

I used the harmony breast pump. It is a manual pump single and I found it excellent. It is easy to use, easy to clean and very comfortable.

I used the pump-in-style. It's the closest thing to symphony (too expensive for home use), but a fraction of the price, although it's still expensive, but it's worth it if you are to bf for at least half to 1 year.I dont know what the swing is. I bought the Medela mini electric and it really hurts so much I have to buy the Medela pump-in-style. and most other moms have the same comment.
