    pre school

    Please all mom help

    my daughter just started her school, now she is getting sick all the time cause her friend is always running nose and coughing,my daughter love to play with her, i don't know what to do

    D used to get sick every week too. We gave D a tblsp of Scotts Cod Liver Oil and a multi-vitamin daily to build his immunity

    where can i get the oil? at what age did you start giving to your ds?

    We started at around 2. Scotts is avail at Park N Shop or your local pharmacy. D gets a glass of fresh carrot/fruit juice every day and we add the cod liver to it.

    thank u rani, what about the flaxseed i m giving her the flaxseed, dose really cod liver oil help, if it really i might try giving her, what kind of multivitamins
