    Birthday gifts

I am attending two birthdays in the next month. One of a 2yr. old boy and another of a 1yr. old girl. And I have no idea where to go or what to buy. Can somebody please help? Not looking for anything overly expensive.

    Maybe try toys R us

You can never go wrong with board books or peg puzzles.

My daughter has a swimming class in Causeway Bay every Saturday afternoon. In order to entertain my son we spend the time she is swimming going around toy shops in the area.

There is Toys R Us but I find it very crowded and busy. There is also Wise Kids, http://www.wisekidstoys.com/ And there is a nice little toy shop on the second floor of the Lee Gardens Two building (near the escalator) – sorry I don’t remember the name of it.

    Happy shopping,
    Barb

i just attended a two year old party last week and i gave the birthday boy a thomas the tank bag. inside the bag, i put in a sticker book and a few stickers. he was so happy with it and the whole thing costs about $100. i think it's a good idea compared to the usual books and toys. ( i have nothing against them) plus, this is the age where they start going to nursery. anyway, hope this help.

That is a great idea shalom. I would still go visit the toy stores first.
    Thanks all of you!
