Any experience? Flying to Singapore with helper for a stay of 1 month.
Hi all,
Appreciate any experience sharing.
Do you have experience flying to Singapore with your helper and stay there more than the standard 14 days? Understand from the SG Consulate in HK that you need to apply for a short-term employment permit. However, as we are staying at a friend's place, we do not expect her to work. Appreciate your experience sharing as I hope not to get into a situation whereby we get into a frenzy to get her a return ticket back to HK.
Thanks much.

If you are not expecting her to work, why are you bringing her there? If she is taking care of your child then she is working, and therefore you need to apply a visa for her.
