    Waking up at 5am

My 4-mos old has cut down the night feed at around week 12. But by week 15 or so, she starts waking up at around 4-5am and cries. At first we thought she still demanded a feed, but she either fell back to sleep without feed or simply refused the feed. It remains the same until now...start crying at around 5am with her eyes closed (looks like having a shock/nightmare or something). She'll fall back to deep sleep after a cuddle like 20 mins or so. It can happen more than once before she actually wakes up at 7:30am.

We tried everything, making her last feed earlier/later, not letting her sleep for too long during daytime, swaddling, etc but nothing seems to work. Is there anything else I can do to make her really sleeping through
