I have to say I bought the book and found it a real struggle to read, of course having twins means I have less free time but I probably shouldn't have started at the beginning of the book and read all about how my labour should be all breathing etc. and what I'm transmitting to my baby through my body blah blah.
I do intend to skim through more but I think this would have been a better book to read when you are pregnant and not dealing with two one year olds when first purchased!
