Frustrated while drinking and less stool - normal?

    Hello,

My baby is almost 3 1/2 months old. In the last few days, she's been acting very strange while feeding (makes frustrating noises while she's drinking), feeding more frequently (every 2 hours) and only passes stool once a day (used to 2-3 times a day).

I'm worried that my milk supply is not enough for her - or is she just going through a growth spurt? How frequently should a 3 1/2 month old be passing stool in a day?

    Any advice appreciated, thanks!

my baby is 4 months and sometimes makes frustrating noises whilst feeding too. could it be something you ate that is making her irritable? also my baby fusses if my letdown is too strong.

as for the stools. once a day is fine. mine does it 1-3 times a day and sometimes non for 2-3 days. it's not always that consistent. as long as she seems fine then its okay, don't worry
