Ladies,

Just wondering about your individual experiences with prenatal yoga... Outside of the obvious benefits (strengthening muscles used in labor, mental well being, etc), I was curious about how much it helped you in TONING your muscles overall.

Reason I ask is because I'm a regular gym goer (3x a week, doing both cardio and weights) and I wonder how I should fit yoga into my entire workout routine.

Any personal thoughts/experiences on how you fit prenatal yoga into your fitness regimen would be much appreciated!
