    Building Recommendations in Happy Valley

    Hi All

Does anyone have suggestions for good buildings in Happy Valley? We have a 2 1/2 year old, and are looking for 3 bedrooms. Ammenities would be great (especially a children's playarea) but we would be willing to forgo them for a larger sized apartment.

Are there any buildings owned by a central body, rather than individuals? While this isn't a requirements, we generally have found these easier to deal with than individual owners.

Ideally we would like something for around $40k.

    Thanks

The larger buildings along Broadwood Road have more facilities. My friend lives at Bevery Hills w/ her 2 kids and says it's great there. All the older buildings along Blue Pool do not, but rents are cheaper.
