Uneven Hair
My baby is now 3 months old. He still have little hair on the "top". The sides are all right.
Is he going bald ? Is there any thing to make his hair grow ?

my son did the same thing. it's perfectly normal. you can brush his hair with a VERY soft brush made specifically for newborns (i bought mine at eugene group, but they ar fairly common) which supposedly helps. but the best 'cure' is patience. the situation will resolve itself before you know it.

yes, it's normal. take loads of pics now that his hair looks funny, cos they never will again. when you look back at his baby fotos when he's 3, you'll laugh at how funny & cute he looked.
same with my daughter. she's now 3 and has beautiful soft hair.

many, many babies lose their hair...my son lost all of it and my daughter looks like donald trump, with the comb over!
there's not much you can do except wait. i, too, LOVE this soft baby hair. once you cut it, it will NEVER be the same again.
ENJOY IT!

In India its a religious custom in Hindu families to get babies head shaved, also known as Mundan. But what I have heard from many is that the hair grow back thicker. Don't know how much of the latter is fact and how much fiction.

Actually it's very common with Chinese families to shave the heads as well in the belief that the hair will come back thicker than before...........but the real truth is it makes no difference. The hair of babies gets thicker with time anyway so that's where the perception originates from. An old wives tale, so to speak, that still survives today!
