SEED Clothing Comes to HK

Hi, anyone wanting to save a few dollars on children clothing this year. Seed Clothing is opening up in HK (Fellow Aussie's you will know the brand - my kids have several Seed outfits each and they always get comments on them!). They have a competition on for $5,000 worth of clothing!!!

I was lucky enough to see the launch of the Australian designer kid’s brand, SEED and rub shoulders with Michael Wong, from “Once a Thief” fame (plus his supermodel wife Janet Ma and son Kadin) a few days ago in Lee Gardens II which has become a children’s shopping meca!

For those Aussie’s that have been in HK for a while, SEED is an Australian (none of this “Kiwi” Pumpkin Patch stuff … yes, PP is not Australian, I didn’t know myself until recently!) children’s clothing line for ages 0-10. I really love the clothes, thanks to a few friends who have sent them over as gifts for the girls! Unfortunately for me we are heading back to Australia and the new store in Lee Gardens II only had their Summer range on sale – I did get a really nice pink play T-shirt for Smurf for next summer and a cute cotton weave type ‘best dress’ for Bubbles. I just hope they don’t grow too much over the next four months.

If you haven’t seen the second floor of the Lee Gardens II mall recently – check it out. It is dedicated to children’s wear and toys, I was really impressed. In addition to SEED, I saw Itsimagical, Ralph Loren, Chicco, Kingkow and a ton of others.

I discovered this by accident so I just wanted to let others know that we do have more choice than Ocean Terminal, or the expensive strips the likes of Prince’s Building to get great quality children’s fashion!

Hak - I thought PP is an Aussie brand until now! Sadly we don't have SEEDS in Perth...why all the good stuff doesn't travel west. And good thing is that I'm in HK now. Thanks for the recommendation!
