The Fenugreek works! My wife had the same problem and she took Milkmaid tea-contains Fenugreek-a nice alternative if you don't want to take a lot of capsules. The brand is Earth Mama angel Baby and was under HK$60 for a box at the Bumps to Babes store.

When you pump, does your milk `let down`? I notice that when the milk doesn`t come in, my pumping session takes a long time and for little reward, especially at the beginning. Now, if I can achieve let down when I`m pumping, I can pump 100mls in about 5 minutes or so(although one breast is waaaay easier). My baby is 3 months old.

I read that you can acheive let down more easily when pumping if you look at a photo of your baby. So, when I pumped, I used to stroke a photo of my baby. I realise that this makes me sound slightly mad but it worked!! After a while I actually made a little flip book of 6 or photos so I could choose which one to use as my "pumping aid" depending on my mood...

I used to pump in front of the PC where I have a slideshow of my baby's photos running on the screen. Sometimes, I'd play mini videos that I'd made of the baby; this way I could hear, as well as see, the baby... and doing that really helped!

this makes me sound slightly mad but it worked!!
Haha, we all do what we feel we need to do to get the milk going!
