Medical Check up Question
We hired a housekeeper via a local agency. They apparently did a medical check up for her but told me that I couldn't see the test results until her visa was approved. Should I insist on seeing the results first? I've already signed the contract. What do I do if she has something like hepatitis or TB or something else? From a legal perspective what is the position in HKG? after all this person is going to be cooking for us and bein close proximity to our child and us.
thanks

Doesnt sound right to me. You should have the right to see the medical or else why have it done. We are in process of hiring a maid and she got all the paperwork for us including the contracts from immigration. The paragraph before signing says she has had a medical and we accpet the results so not sure what your agency are doing?
