Ya Rach, you will 'check in' to the hospital a day early so they can monitor you, your baby and get you ready for the BIG DAY. They will also give you a special bath gel to wash your tummy, appearently the wound will heal fast and nicer. and the next morning they will 'shave' you and all the other stuff before bringing you to the operation room. You know what, I used that whole day and night making friends with those ladies around and you will really hear their stories... some really rish their lives to keep the baby. Some has been there since they first got pregnant and some on their 2 trimester and so on. I made friend with a korean lady, she was 27 weeks but already bleeding, the hospital try everything to delay the birth so the baby can grow bigger and stronger but she gave birth 2 days after me and the baby is very healthy. Well, when you wake up next Friday, you will have a baby beside you, wonderful!!

OMG! I don't check the site for a day or two and look what I've missed!
That's so exciting, Rach! Finally a decision has been made.
Would be great if we could all get together for a big send off :)
I can make it any day this week.
Sorry gals, I changed my mind about the class, too. Are we meeting for scones on Sunday?

Hi Everyone!
Rachel, that's exciting news! Good luck on Friday!
Now my baby has to speed things up to have a chance to be first!
I'm taking the CPR course at Annerley this afternoon, but if you are planning scones tomorrow (Sunday) I'm in!
I'm also free to do lunch on Wednesday.
BTW, I was thinking about our "engagement" discussion last Sunday, and I asked my doctor for more details this week. Apparently my baby is 4/5 engaged, the head is well down there but still "palpable". That means one notch from "locked in and ready to go", right?
I want some action now!
See you!
/Emma
