Party accessories/packs

We will be celebrating our son's 2nd birthday in 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone can share where would be the best place to buy party accessories for kids (paper cups, plates, decorations, balloons, etc) without spending an arm and leg?

Also any ideas about party packs? Of course we're looking for quality with value for money

Spotlight at Megabox has a good selection of party stuff - plates, cups, cutlery, plastic tablecloths, balloons, party favours, party bags, hats, just about everything.

Toys R Us at Ocean Terminal has a pretty big range too from memory.

There's also a party accessory place in the Prince's Building but not sure of their range for a 2 year old.

Toys R Us is pretty reasonable. Princes Bldg is $$$$

How about at City Super's home section in Times Square? We got some really cute paper bags for my son's first birthday....it's not in the main market, but the section behind the escalators going down.

ps> snowbird, i'm sorry that we haven't had a chance to get together, my part-time staff just got back from a month off and i was covering all of her classes while she was away... that's working 7 days per week!
