Hi, I have a daughter 2 years old and I would like to do chicken pox vaccination for her. I heard that it's a free of charge at the government clinic? Is it true?

What is the process to do the vaccinations at the government centers ? do we have to see a doctor there first ?
We called the Queen Mary hospital before; they told us to get a referral from one of their doctor first, plus they only do vaccinations on Fridays.
Is it the same for other government centers?
Is there one around/close to Central area ?
We went to private doc for my son's immunizations but it's always so expensive and it's all out of our pocket, as no insurance coverage for that.
