healthfood stores?

Does anyone know if there are healthfood stores in HK? There are a couple of particular things I am looking for. The ones that come to mind at this moment are flaxseeds and ground flaxseed powder. Does anyone know where I can find it?

along lyndhurst terrace there are a couple of health food shops (health gate), and there is one on wellington street as well, (q & h??). and 360 has a good selection.

as well, my park n shop sells big bags of flaxseed. we sprinkle it on our cereal.

I agree. I would go to 360 chains across HK or get stuff from my local Park n Shop which had some of the organic items that I purchased on a regular basis.

Three Sixty and City Super in IFC have the flax seeds, you can also get them from the Green Dot stores which I've seen in the MTR stations or you can order on-line (http://www.greendotdot.com/webfn/index.aspx?area=4)

Some of the Wellcome stores now sell the GreenDot products and they carry both ground and unground organic flaxseeds.
