Sorry, just saw southside852's post... the other shops that we like are in that alley that she just described. :)

Thanks very much Buckeroo and Southside852 for the detailed directions....really appreciate it!!!
Any chance these shops carry shoes too? My son has outgrown his current pair of clarks and the selection in Singapore is very small so hoping that I could pick up a replacement pair for him in Hong Kong....any dedicated Clarks shops? Read another thread which mentioned that the one at the Peak has closed :-(

Don't know about Clarks... you can try Sogo in Causeway Bay. The lane that southside852 described has two shoe shops. We've bought shoes from them and they're not bad. I was able to get a pair of leather sandals for my son and it was no more than HK$150 (can't remember exact price).

There is a Clark's outlet in Citygate, Tung Chung - has a decent selection of children's shoes, markdowns are from 30% up to 70%.

There are a couple of shoe stalls in the alley way, but I doubt they carry Clark's.

Thanks .... will try my luck at Sogo then (dun think I'll have time to get to citygate)...
Sorry if this is a silly question but will the shops have "summer clothes" notwithstanding its Winter/Spring in Hong Kong at the moment?
There seem to a number of ways to get to Stanley market...could I ask which is the fastest and approx how long the bus ride takes?

There are lots of shops that do sell summer clothes for kids in Fa Yuen Street, they open from 10:30-11am. I go there to buy stuff for my kids. However, Stanley Mkt. is definitely a lot better for a wider selection mentioned from the previous posts. I don't go there often b/c it's too far for me.
