why I can't discuss my problem here?
Frenchy find my post very not so pleasant, but I don't know why I can't discuss the issue of looking for a helper here? Why delete my post?
Everything should be clean and beautiful?
I know some people are very optimistic, but every story has two sides, why only allows one side of the story?

nevermind i just read it. frenchy was merely stating her opinion, she is just as entitled to that as you are to posting your thread. why so defensive?

joanne.... the ONLY person on here that can "block" you or delete your post is the person who runs this site, and it's not frenchy.
but, it is rather annoying to read virtually the same post over and over and over and over and over and over again....
write your post once, then fine. but this is a public forum, you cannot expect everyone to agree with you.

I have passed this to our programmer to look at (it seems like a bizzare bug in the new software which might be affecting some users) as it is too complicated for me to sort out.

I think we've solved the problem. If you continue to have problems with posts not showing up, drop us a note on [email protected].
Do keep in mind that we're running fairly new software and that there might be some problems.
