Are you generally happy with your helper(s)?

I'm interested to know how many percent of employers are happy with their helpers. By being gererally happy I mean to a degree that you won't consider of replacing/terminating her.

I'll start first. Yes I'm very happy with my helper.

Good news for you! YOu're really lucky!
I'm not, I am always on the verge of terminating her, but also afraid of getting an even worst one!

    Hi Sandy,
I've read from other ladies in this forum that you should not wait too long if you are truly not happy with yours... Because they are a lot of good ones out there and with time and patience and luck, you'll get one eventually whom 'you cannot live without'...Fingers crossed for you!

Congratulations to the ladies who are so happy with your helpers! I'm by no means discouraging those who are unhappy with theirs, on the contrary, I hope that people can have faith that there are indeed good helpers out there. Just keep looking until you get the right one for you and your family:)
