Can anyone recommend a user friendly blog page?

I started off with wordpress and found it quite easy to use, but eventually switched to blogger because you have more flexibility with adjusting the font/colors/etc, without having to know css or having to pay for those changes. It's a super easy place to start, and pretty easy to make things look how you want, too.
