Can chewing certain items damage teeth?
My 7 month old has 4 teeth and is chewing things constantly (especially the tv remote). I'm just wondering if constantly chewing on hard surfaces can damage their teeth? Like grind them down or even chip them??

Can definitely chip the teeth and hurt the gums/ lips if the object is sharp. Better give your baby a teether everytime you see him chewing something potentially harmful.

Yep. I definitely don't let him chew on sharp objects (mothers instinct 101). Just wondered if some of his plastic toys could do him damage.
