Chinese Nurses (Po Yu)
Im interested in learning more about Chinese nurses - I think they are called Po Yu's - those that come in and look after the mother and the baby.
I've heard they are quite strict - ie/ no washing hair or going out for a month. I'm not Chinese, but believe there are some benefits to their practice - does anyone have any experience with this, and if they can recommend one that is not so strict.
