    ESF gymnastics program

any comments on ESF gymnastics program? Considering enrolling this coming term and would love to hear comments. My girl is turning 5 and out-growing My Gym, am considering this one, seems like a good alternative. She doesn't go to ESF schools, are most kids at the ESF sports programs from the same schools?

    thanks!

    esf gymnastics?

    Hi
Cant comment about ESF gymnastics but would be interested to hear as well as our daughter does not attend an ESF school.

We have a 5 year old that attended the Multisport Gymnastics and Trampolining program 3-4 year olds at the French School which was OK. But developmentally the difference between these ages was huge and she started to get bored and distracted waiting for the smaller children to try and do a sommersault! The next age group is 5-6 year olds but it clashes with her swimming class, so we are looking for an alternative also.

Hi, we've started with ESF gymnastics and liking it so far. My 5yo has been with MyGym for many years, so i thot she'd be quite advanced. But at ESF, she got grouped with the younger kids, coz the older group has graduated from a year with ESF gymnastics last year. I thought it'd be too boring for her, but I can understand why, ESF is more strict at trying to get the basic postures right. while MyGym do more fun stuff, some quite challenging already, they are not as strict with the basics. E.g. ESF will want them to get even a froggy jump right before letting you move on. My girl seems to understand that too and was not complaining, so going well so far.
